1) Entry-level Technician

This is an entry-level position that will assist in our production, warehouse, and service departments. No prior computer experience is required, but is desirable. Applicants must be over 18 with a good driving record.

Duties will include assisting with computer assembly, inventory receiving, making deliveries and pickups from customers.

Compensation range is $7 - $10/hr depending on experience. Part time schedules will be considered, but availability from 1pm - 5pm is required.

2) Business Development Representative

This is an inside-sales position that is responsible for making out-bound phone contacts to existing customers and targeted business leads. Ongoing customer account management is also required along with new prospecting activities.

Basic MS Windows and MS Office proficiency required. Experience with B2B sales preferred. Experience with Goldmine a plus. Knowledge of PCs and their applications in a business environment a plus.

Compensation is straight-commission at 15% of GM$, with a $1500/mo draw. Projected compensation level after ramp-up period is $40K-$60K/yr when meeting quota. Six-figure income is achievable.

Accountant FILLED - Degree required. 2-5 years experience. Duties include AP, GL, and financial reporting. Experience working in $20-$50 million/year company desired. Experience working in a service-oriented manufacturing corporation a plus. Supervisory experience a plus. Symix Syteline experience a big plus.

Network Support Specialist FILLED - Work with customers to implement and maintain network infrastructure and to provide network administration services. This person will work closely with the clients on-site to manage their networking infrastructure, troubleshoot and perform administrative duties. We require 2 - 4 years in computer networking, 2 years Windows NT. Certification in: MCPS Windows NT Server, MACS NT Server Enterprise, Intel Networking and A+ Certification are all a plus.

Service Technician FILLED - MCP and A+ Certification, or 2-5yrs experience, required. Familiarity with Windows 95/98, Windows NT, and networking basics required. Responsibilities include diagnosing, upgrading and repairing PC's as well as providing escalated end-user technical support. Must have customer relations skills and an attention to detail. Familiarity with knowledge base and help desk software a plus. Technical writing skills a plus.

Customer Service Representative FILLED - Retail experience and computer product knowledge required. Customer-centric service focus a must. Duties include counter sales, front-line technical support, communicating order and service status to customers, and interacting with technical staff.

Programmer/IT Developer FILLED - 1-3 years experience. Proficiency in programming and maintaining 4GL databases required. Proficiency with VBScript/Visual Basic, ASP, and T-SLQ for MS SQL Server required. Symix Syteline/Progress familiarity a big plus.

Facilities maintenance FILLED - Property maintenance or Janitorial experience desired. Responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of the Wallingford facilities. Duties include monitoring and changing AC filters, light bulbs, waste removal, some grounds keeping, breakroom/restroom maintenance. Electrical or plumbing knowledge a plus.
